For the global popularity known as the “golden milk,” can be ordered in a number of cafes, restaurants and buy in large supermarkets.
First of all, turmeric is otherwise known for its antibacterial ingredients, also, lowers blood pressure, regulates metabolism, and in addition, as an additive in foods can be used as a supplement to such drinks. Multiple studies have shown turmeric to help fight gas, bloat, and indigestion. As a natural anti-inflammatory, turmeric can relieve joint and muscle pain and even help with headaches.

For preparation of the Golden milk, you need these ingredients:
- 1 Cup of coconut or almond milk
- 1 Stick cinnamon
- 1 Piece turmeric or ½ tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 Slice ginger
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil
- ¼ Pepper
Finally, mix all ingredients in a large cup and then put them in a saucepan and stir over low heat for about 10 minutes. Good strain the entire mixture and put a little cinnamon powder on the top.
