Directions AND USAGE:
Spread the sesame seeds in a pan and place them in the oven for about 5 minutes until they get a brown color. Then put the honey in a pan and heat it until it becomes solid. Pour the toasted sesame seeds, lower the heat and stir. Heat the mixture for about 5-10 minutes. Then, line a pan with a baking paper and replace the mixture into it, lay another sheet of baking paper on top and spread out the sesame-honey mix with a rolling pin. Let it chill for about 15 minutes and then slice it into small bars. Store them in the fridge.
